Property Setup

Working Hours

Setting up each property to direct calls to the hotel when our agents are offline, outside of their working hours, or unavailable.

Defining the agents’ working hours, meaning calls are directed to the call center during this time.

In cases where our agents are not online, outside of their working hours, or unavailable, calls are automatically routed to the hotel’s central line.

Features of Our Call Plan

All available agents’ phones ring simultaneously when a call comes in.

If no agent is free, the call is transferred to the hotel’s internal number. It will then loop back to available agents or those who have become available in the meantime.

If no agent answers within 1 minute, the call is automatically redirected to the hotel.

Call Management

Date: The exact day and time when a call enters or exits our center.
Direction: Identifies whether the call is incoming or outgoing.
Source: Indicates where the call is coming from (often shows the hotel number, but this is internal configuration).
Calling Number: Incoming phone number.
Destination: Shows where the call is directed.
Dialed Number: Outgoing phone number.
Status: Indicates response, wait, or abandonment.
Duration: Ringing time.
Voice Icons: Recorded audio of calls for playback.
Price: Cost per call.

Connection Management

Blank, when connected.
Green, when in a call.
Yellow, when ringing.
Red, when disconnected.

Statistics

We can customize and request call statistical data from the system:

ANSWERED: Call successfully handled
NO ANSWER: Call not answered
CONGESTION: Some type of error or anomaly prevented communication
CANCELLED: Call cancelled from the source
BUSY: The destination was unavailable
